TsaiPhoneInput

A phone input with separate country-code and cursor-aware masked national number fields.

Each # in mask accepts one digit. onChanged receives the formatted national number; onCompleted runs when all mask positions are filled. TsaiPhoneInputFormatter is available for standalone formatting.
